The Well Initiative Academy is a transformative 12-month program designed to develop young leaders through a combination of biblical teaching, character formation, and spiritual growth. Rooted in the belief that every student has a God-given purpose, the Academy equips participants to lead with courage, humility, and integrity. Each monthly session offers engaging Bible-based teachings, including lessons from leaders like Moses and Esther, alongside small group discussion, interactive activities, and service opportunities. Through these experiences, each student is encouraged to see themselves not only as future leaders, but as world changers called by Jesus to bring hope to their communities.

More than just a leadership course, The Well Initiative Academy is a space for healing, discovery, and purpose. The program culminates with an action plan project, where each student designs a project to serve others using their unique gifts. Whether they begin the journey feeling unsure or shy, participants are encouraged, prayed over, and encouraged in every step of the way—reminded that even their past struggles can become part of their leadership story.
